As requested, here is the recipe for the bean salad.
Healthy Bean Salad
Ingredients:
One can of garbanzo beans
One can of kidney beans
One can of corn kernels
One small onions, diced
2 cloves of garlic, diced
Juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Drain the beans and rinse them and throw them in a big bowl together with the onions, garlic and lemon juice. Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
