Breaking 10

The little one has turned 19 months, and I think (crossing fingers!) he might be hitting 10kgs soon! The last couple of times I weighed him, he was 9.8kg but +3 says that he has seen the scale cross 10kg before. Might have been a super full diaper or weighing him before he pooped. Hehehe.

Nonetheless, happiness! I've always been concerned since the little one eats so little, but I'm glad his appetite is slowly but surely increasing.

There are a couple of places that we like to go for meals because I know he will eat some of their food. So Pho for their Vietnamese beef noodles, and Din Tai Fung for the beef noodles (notice a trend) and their prawn pancakes.

He likes his noodle and clear soups, and still gobbles down fruit. Blueberries and chocolate milk turn his poo black and for a while the oldies at home were a bit worried but when we stopped giving him those, his poo went back to normal brown poo colour, so we know  that it wasn't any internal bleeding so that's all good. He also eats peas, so when we cook at home I try to always include some peas so that at least he is getting some vegetables.

And the boy loves to dance! Put on some music (preferably one with an upbeat tune) and he will bob his knees up and down and waves his hands around. It's so cute watching him dance and enjoy the music.
